Consultant overview

The HPR role is not an employee role. We are looking for individuals with a ‘self starter’ mindset who are self-sufficient and already have the business skills to master this. It is likely that you are already running a business and are looking for another dimension to add to your tools, or you are looking for a change in career.

It is a mandatory requirement to take the main training programme that you are already a certified in coaching and NLP at Master level, and if you are a consultant also this will add further value. If you are not a certified Coach and NLP Master, don’t worry, it just means you have to cover these two programmes first which you can do through our learning portal and thereafter, run a number of sessions for a period of time until you are ready to take the main programme.

You must know and understand how to train & lead to get the best performance out of people. Therefore, It is necessary that you have a background in training probably in the corporate environment and that you already have the required skills to deliver training to large groups of people. You are at ease with giving feedback and handling difficult and challenging situations with people.

  • Are able to produce a marketing plan for your area and achieve your own targets
  • Be willing to be part of a global team
  • Motivated to follow the processes and guidelines of the model
  • Provide projections of work you will be delivering and delivery dates
  • Understands the conscious awareness approach to growth
  • Are prepared to support others where possible
  • Motivated to grow own knowledge and skill continuously
  • Contribute and engage in the team discussions and plans.
  • Willing to work with existing programs and be patient as we develop new content.
  • Keep up to date with all changes as the work evolves
  • NB if you are not a certified Coach and NLP Master, you will shortly be able to take the training programme on line to master these two

Training

You will be required to initially complete online training.
Once this has been completed you will be required to attend a training on line to complete your certification.

Following the training you will be required to send videos of your delivering the programme to a small group of people for our assessment.

We will then provide any feedback which is necessary for you to become a fully certified HPR consultant Once you are certified you can then deliver this programme to your clients.

Training

You will be required to initially complete online training.
Once this has been completed you will be required to attend a training on line to complete your certification.

Following the training you will be required to send videos of your delivering the programme to a small group of people for our assessment.

We will then provide any feedback which is necessary for you to become a fully certified HPR consultant Once you are certified you can then deliver this programme to your clients.

Our Training Courses

Should you choose to become a consultant not only will you change other people’s lives you will change your own life. This is a compelling life journey of transformation. There are a number of levels, enabling you to grow, learn become a consultant and eventually a global teacher, the world is literally your oyster.

Had to face some negative people over this past weekend and the analogy of a candle comes to mind, the light will attract the moths. As a very sensitive soul I do sometimes struggle with taking on feelings of others, my intention is to be positive towards all people regardless of their vibrations, and to remain without judgement, yes I realize that I can’t allow myself to be knocked off balance by others, and allow the nerves to take over and cause anxiety. I also realize that one can’t always have the approval of all people and what is the point of seeking approval of people that diminish your light. This is something that I have worked a lot on and keep working on and thru the programme will find some more answers to keep my vibrations constant

There’s a shift alright, but the exercises are proving a challenge! One day at a time, one moment at a time! I want to thank you though for your energy specifically. After a number of courses, it’s so cool learning from someone who does not bring an arrogance with them. Everyone I have met who does similar to what you do, seem to think they have all the answers and their way is the right way. It was a special day, and if I may, I’d like to offer the observation that that the energy behind the words made all the difference. Otherwise it’s all merely talk. Clearly you have been down a challenging road and your humility has taught me so much. Saturday was like being reminded of things I had forgotten over this lifetime – almost like meeting an old friend again… a gentle nudge and reminder that we are more than what we see and what we are programmed to be, and that possibility still exists, that our dreams are there for a reason – we need to make space for them to be real.

Just wanted to share this morning one of my staff members opened up she’s been struggling a bit and feeling depressed. I could help a lot by taking her through some of the fundamental points. She’s very grateful and I’m grateful, she’s heard a lot of this and confesses to teaching some of it as she’s a youth leader in her church, but I could see that hearing another perspective helped it sink in for her and witnessed her shift in vibration. I’m very grateful for having received the tools to help myself and shine light for others as well.

The infant brain adapts to the worldview imposed on it and unless this operating system is interrogated, look at, reviewed and updated – life can end up at best, being a series of challenges and disappoints at worst, gangs, deep depression, illness, addiction of all kinds and constant seeking to find love in all the wrong places.

Brain development is much more than a story about biology. From our earliest years, relationships with others play a key role in shaping how our brain grows and develops. From early experiences of neglect, lack of love or just not having our needs met, we generate beliefs and we have two kinds of beliefs, those that are helpful and those that are harmful.  These early experiences trip us up in early childhood and impact our brain development in such a significant way.  The child adapts as we know, and learns a new way of being that they create as the new familiar– fast forward to adult, having forgotten about the decisions made, the adult finds potential is reduced and far too limiting and self-defeating.

Suzanne takes us through a journey of inner transformation, sharing her own complex experiences, she weaves a transformation journey focusing on how to change from the inside out.
