There are instances when HPR is not the right solution:
- Dysfunctional departments i.e. there is restructuring and “fixing” required in the department, this process comes at the end of a departmental restructure and not at the beginning.
- This is not applied to the bottom 10%. We have a range of tools to assist the bottom 10%, but this is not the process to commence with.
- This is not applied to the top 10%. We have a range of tools to assist the top 10% to explode and realize more of their value but this is not the process for this grouping.

A critical component to your success is ongoing practice of the information.
Part of the approach is to continue with ongoing coaching for a period of at least two months thereafter. Our consultants can help you identify the best form of follow-up support for your unique organizational needs.
